How to change my account

Log in to your account here and click on “Account Details” On this page you can change your name, password, email connected to the account. When you enter your address it is possible that the system will indicate a correction, for example crossbar instead of via. If the address you entered is the right one, click on “Address you entered” and confirm. If you want to change your address, click on “Addresses“. By changing the address on the main page you will not automatically change the one of the orders already concluded but only the one for future orders.

Delete the Account

How can I delete my account?

If you want to delete your Casarialto account, send us a request using one of the contact methods at the bottom of this page.
Remember to indicate the email used to register on Casarialto. This data is essential to identify you.

We can delete your account if:
– there are no open payments
– there are no returns made to us
– there is no residual credit in the account
– none of your orders is still shipping.

If your orders can still be returned, so if the 100 days available have not yet passed, your account can only be canceled at the end of this period.

Password recovery

If you forget your password, click on “Lost your password” when you log in to and receive an email to create a new one.

How to subscribe to the newsletter
